Good as new!
Since the area underneath the solar panels was wide open, the sparrows were using the solar panels as a natural cover and protection from the elements.
After a short period of time, we safely retrieved the squirrels and relocated them to a new, humane location.
We installed a positive set, temporarily enclosed the area off with hardware cloth, and set up several baited devices nearby. A positive set is comprised of a nose cone that is attached to a two-gaited, heavy-duty device. The nose cone will safely guide the squirrels into the device. It's called a positive set, because we are positive that the squirrels will enter the device. A short while later, we retrieved the squirrels and relocated them to a humane and safe environment.
The squirrels ripped off the soffit and made their way inside this home!
The foxes were harboring under the owners porch in several locations.
To prevent any future intrusions from bats, we installed Ridge-Guard®!
