Heather Murray-McGoven

Heather Murray-McGoven, a longtime resident of Brick, NJ, joined Cowleys in March of 2025 as one of our Appointment Center Representatives! Aside from over 20 years of experience in a wide range of customer service and managerial positions, such as project manager, office manager, and human resources, it was Heather's impressive problem-solving skills and her positive attitude that really got our attention and we are thrilled to add her to the Cowleys family!

Heather will be the first contact that a prospective customer has with Cowleys. She happily takes on a wide variety of responsibilities throughout the day, such as scheduling service appointments, explaining Cowleys various services to prospective customers, sales, and answering service inquiries. 

Heather loves to travel, go to concerts, and is a hardcore fan of the Buffalo Bills!
