Excellent company. Staff is very friendly. Quick to respond.
On some occasions I called after hours and their was always an operator or someone to take my call. They then followed up the next business day with a phone call as well as an email with the service report.
Stephon Bond is a gem. He listened to my concerns related to my squirrel problem, He set the traps and was just very kind and considerate. Thankfully, five squirrels were trapped and released. So grateful for Stephon and Cowley's.
The installation crew was Stephon Bond. He installed the traps and then told me about the additional cleaning service Cowley offered and I signed up for that as well. I was so worried that I would never be able to get rid of those squirrels but I am so happy they are now all finally gone.
The cleaning crew was Stephon and Tom. They arrived on time and cleaned the area in the 1 hour they told me it would take. They both were very friendly and polite. Cowley's truly is the best and I would highly recommend them for any job I have.
