The appointment area needs to improve. The automated phone call system doesn't work. It didn't leave any messages on my answering machine reminding me of the service.

Our Overall Service
The technician was thorough and informative. I have ant traps and other technicians placed them on my countertop. This technician said not to do that because it has an attractant so that is why I was always seeing the ants on the counters.
Call Representative
Two appointments were made for particular times and both appointments were missed. After the second appoint snafu, I asked to speak with a supervisor. I spoke with Jill and she was terrific. I hope not to have any problems again.
