During the annual service for this maintenance agreement customer in Auburn, NY, technicians found a crack in the furnace heat exchanger.
One of Halco's energy advisors, Larry Williamson, went out the same night and provided the customer with options for a new furnace. Our homeowner accepted the offer and by 5/27 our service technicians, Eric O'Lena & Anthony Duncan had installed a new Goodman furnace in the home.

This Lyons, NY customer contacted Halco for assistance when their water heater started to leak. Once the issue was addressed and a new water heater was installed, Halco returned to the home to conduct a home energy audit and help this customer determine which options existed to make the home more energy efficient. The customer opted to have us remove their old, inefficient furnace and replace it with this high efficiency Goodman furnace.
This Lyons, NY customer contacted Halco because he lost 1 phase on his underground 200 amp service. Instead of trying to find the break, the customer decided to have the entire service replaced. Halco technicians installed a new meter can, service entrance, ground loop and 2" pvc pipe. We also replaced the customer's existing 30 space panel with a new 42 space 200 amp panel that is all up to code!
