These homeowners in Montrose, PA wanted a bit more warmth in the master bedroom where the vanity sat, as several rugs laid down on the floor still felt like walking on ice to these homeowners. Our assessment showed these homeowners that the insulation they had currently was inadequate and keeping the floors cold. We proposed to remove the fiberglass batts and replace it with closed cell spray foam, as well as dense packing the floor between the garage and addition to the home with TruSoft cellulose insulation. This resulted in warmer floors for the walk in closet of the master bedroom.
This Montrose, PA homeowner was turning a garage into a conditioned space. After the homeowner gutted the garage, he called us. We insulated the small section of roof deck with our closed cell spray foam, then sprayed 3 inches of of our closed cell spray foam to the exterior walls and then shaved the foam so it was prepped for finish work.
This now conditioned space will be much more comfortable for whatever this homeowner decides to use it for.
This homeowner in Montrose, PA wanted to have her rental property insulated. There was a very small access into the attic space, but not big enough to fit through. In order to insulate, we had to cut a larger access point in the home. We cut the access in the ceiling of the pantry so we could get up into the attic and air seal - sealing any large spaces, wire penetrations, top plates and around light fixtures were air commonly escapes through.
The attic flat we did an open blow of 10 inches of Cellulose Insulation, then for the slopes of the home we dense packed our cellulose insulation. There were some common walls of the attic space that had fiberglass batts in them, we removed the fiberglass and used our Closed Cell Spray Foam on these to ensure no air is escaping that is paid to heat or cool the home.
We had previously done work for this home in Montrose, PA and when they decided to put on an addition to the home and wanted it insulated, they knew exactly who they wanted to call to complete the insulation project.
Our crew took careful considerations to lay out plastic over every portion that wasn't included in the project to protect it from any overspray or splatters of foam. The finished work looks absolutely beautiful you almost don't want to cover the foam to admire the work done!
These homeowners know without a doubt that this addition will be just as comfortable as the remainder of the home.
This Montrose, PA home was having icicle issues.
We removed the existing fiberglass insulation and did an open blow of 14 inches of cellulose. This kept warm air from reaching the attic which helped keep icicles from forming.
