This Cape Cod style home in Binghamton, NY was too warm upstairs in summer for sleeping.

In one of the side attics, seen here, we sprayed 3 inches of closed cell foam to the roof deck.  Along with air sealing and other measures, this made the upstairs more comfortable and will save on energy.

Basement insulation was needed for this home in Binghamton, NY.

2 inches of closed cell foam was sprayed to the foundation walls of the basement.  The rooms above will now be more comfortable and the energy bills reduced.

This was an attic project in Binghamton, NY.

After air sealing, we did an open blow of 14 inches of cellulose insulation.  This will make a big difference in the comfort of the rooms below.

We updated the attic insulation.  After removing the old fiberglass, the attic was air sealed and 14 inches of blown in cellulose was installed.  The home is now more comfortable and the energy bills will be lower.
