The owner of this Binghamton, NY home wanted to improve their insulation.

As part of a larger project, 4 inches of closed cell foam were sprayed to the slopes of this corner side attic.  Along with the other measures taken, this served to improve the overall comfort of the home.

We sprayed 2 inches of closed cell foam to the walls and 3 inches to the roof deck making it ready for the next step in it's construction

The rim joist of a home is one of the more important areas to insulate.

This Binghamton, NY home had some old fiberglass stuffed into the rim joist but that isn't enough to provide any real help.  Two inches of closed cell foam were sprayed to the rim joist and that work has contributed quite a bit to making the home more comfortable.

As part of a larger project, we did an open blow of 14 inches of cellulose insulation.  Along with the other aspects of the project, this made that second floor both more comfortable and more energy efficient.
