This homeowner in Port Crane, NY was experiencing very cold winters and very hot summers inside their home. They called us for a free Home Energy Assessment, and it was discovered how much air was escaping through the roof and basement of the home that led to high fuel and energy bills in the home. We partnered with the NYSERDA program, as the homeowner was income-qualified to have free work done to their home to reduce fuel and energy usage. 

With the program, we air sealed the attic, sealing around the top plates, light fixtures and in the rim joists. We then did an open blow of 14 inches of our TruSoft cellulose insulation to the attic flat. We also did some work in the basement of the home - sealing the rim joists and using our closed cell spray foam on the foundation walls. The end result is a much more energy-efficient home that will keep the homeowner comfortable, as well as lowering the cooling and heating bills for the homeowner.

This Port Crane, NY homeowner wanted to feel more comfortable in her home during the cold chills of winter and the stifling heat of summer. There was very little insulation beneath the mobile home, and we wanted to fix that for the homeowner to make her home more energy-efficient. We sprayed 2 inches of our closed cell spray foam to the underside of the mobile home to make the floors warmer in the winter, as well as keeping the heating bills down from the astronomical amount the homeowner was seeing prior.

This Port Crane, NY homeowner owns a trailer that had an addition put on it. The attic had insulation, but the previous contractor that had done work had ignored the belly of the trailer where much of the fiberglass had fallen down. We proposed to remedy this by spraying 2 inches of our closed cell spray foam to the underside of the trailer. This homeowner can now enjoy a more comfortable home, with a lower energy usage and cheaper fuel and energy costs!

This Port Crane, NY homeowner was happy with his home that he had, but wanted to get an estimate for us to spray foam his pole barn so he could utilize it year round. 

We sprayed 2 inches of our Closed Cell Spray Foam to the walls of the pole barn. This will allow the homeowner to be able to enjoy use of the pole barn year round.

These homeowners in Port Crane, NY wanted to improve their basements moisture issues. 

To help the homeowners be rid of their garage moisture issues, we proposed to spray foam the rim joists of the basement, as well as put 2 inches of our closed cell spray foam in the wall cavities of the basement for the homeowners to finish off with sheetrock.
