The rim joist was sprayed with 2 inches of closed cell foam as part of a larger project. Along with the other aspects of this project, this will help reduce drafts and help make the home more comfortable.

2 inches of closed cell foam was sprayed to the foundation wall, which will improve the comfort of the home and reduce energy usage. There was also a sump pump in place which was inadequate. We replaced that as show in the picture.
