Side attics, or kneewalls, can be tricky, especially in cape cods. These areas are hard to insulate and are culprits of being very leaky which attributes to the large temperature change in the attic versus the rest of the home. These side attics specifically were inaccessible which meant that we needed to go in from the outside and make our own entrance. That is exactly what we did and now this attic is very well insulated and will help the homeowners be much more comfortable.
