Oil furnace decommission to new energy efficient heat pump system.

Attic Insulation in Ossining NY. We removed old R19 insulation and replace with blown cellulose that has an R value of 60. All penetrations to the attic were air sealed with foam. Attic stairs were covered with a David Lewis hatch cover. 

The first photo is during the removal of the old insulation. The after shows a little bit of all the of the work we did here: SilverGlo™ EPS foam board with radiant barrier along roof line, gable ends and between floor joists, dense packing with TruSoft Cellulose & ZypFoam all edges and openings.

Fully decommissioned furnace and forty gallon water heater and transferred to an electric hot water heater. This project increased the home's clean heat energy.

Full replacement of old water heating system with an electric hot water heater to lower the customer's carbon footprint.
