On this heating (PTU) precision tune up our Service Advisor, Thim performed maintenance and cleaned this furnace to ensure that the customer's comfort was at it's full potential.  

As you can see - cleaning and proper maintenance of your system is necessary.  Crawl spaces can be nasty, wet, dirty, moisture driven places that can hurt your heating and cooling system.  Having a scheduled tune up twice a year on a energy savings maintenance agreement (ESA) can prolong the life of your system.

This customer called us to evaluate their energy usage in their home.  They had extremely high power bills and wanted to see what they could do to decrease their energy usage.  They didnt have any attic insulation in most of their attic, leaving large gaps of exposed wood where air could easily get into the conditioned living space.

We installed blow in insulation and air sealed all cracks and crevises.  We sealed their attic from their home lowering the amount of summer heat that could enter their home.
