Good Morning, Mrs. Oakley called in this morning to say how helpful , awesome AND ALSO sweet Thim was this weekend. She said he helped her find the problem that was going on at her home even if it wasn’t her heating system. She said she was scared to death her home was going to burn down BUT Thim made her feel better about the situation.  She called in Thursday to cancel her services agreement - Friday, she called us out to her home because she thought something was wrong with her system. The AWESOME service Thim provided made her call back in today and say she now wants to keep her service agreement. She said she will find some way in her budget to make her ESA payment every month. Awesome Job Thim!

Great job to whole staff! Jason and Owen did exceptional job "the first time" and did it fast in crawl space that is less than spacious.  The sales man also did a great job explaining the system he recommended.  For the first time we now have true comfort in our home and equal heating and cooling in every room in the house. Everyone we dealt with were pleasant and took time to answer all questions.
