Cameron and Zack showed up and met me outside, very friendly. I showed them the access door, Cameron took a look and they went to work. A little later, Vernie and Devonn showed up and they joined right in. Zack came to the kitchen window where I was at and asked where the water shut off is...a pipe had broke. It took me 15 seconds to get the valve wrench, handed it to Devonn, someone had alredy located the underground main valve and exposed it, Devonn shut the water off.
As it turns out,an aged CPVC joint came apart (I'm surprised the joint lasted this long). The guys made the repair and kept on working. I'm amazed the job was completed in one day! I never heard any arguments, disagreements, or foul language; they seemed to work well together. They were very respectful and pleasant to talk to.
You have a good crew there. Cameron took pictures of the finished product, which was much appreciated as I avoid crawling under houses as much as I avoid using poison ivy for toilet paper.
Excellent!
