Very courteous people - of course I could not actually see the work site but the 2 impressed me as being friendly and hardworking. Vernie explained in details every things they were doing and why things under the house were the way they were. He explained how the original work that was done could be restructured to give a better outcome.

My old furnace wasn't putting out enough heat so I called Josh Lowe's Dr Energy Saver and met with the owner Josh. He checked everything out and recommended a ductless heat pump. I love it and my heating and cooling bills have been cut in half. I want to thank all the workers for an excellent job. I'm so happy.
