Your service team of Barry, Myka and Herb over the last 2 weeks provided both service and a HVAC system installation.  I am happy with the equipment.  Your service team is excellent.  Barry repaired my air and had to come back within an hour (no fault of his own) another capacitor had failed.  He was as friendly coming back as he was the first time he came.  We spoke about replacement but he understood I needed my air up and running and did not pressure me to go any further.  My blower failed and it was time to replace.  I would say Barry's demeanor and professionalism is why I hired Kennihan's without getting any other bids.  Your servcie for the insallation was prompt, professional, friendly and efficient.  Your techs are knowledgeable and protected every area of my home they worked in.  They stayed until 7:30 to wrap the job up.  They showed respect for my property and belongings.  I have had many service people and remodelers at my home over 40 years and it is rare that service personnel act like they care as much as Barry, Herb and Myka do.  You have a great team and should appreciate that.  I am a servcie manager for an IT firm and know how difficult it is to find good people.  I would recommend your company to anyone.  I should also mention your receptionist, she is also friendly and helped getting me in touch with the techs when I needed to or answering any questions she could.  Thanks again.

I was surprised.  You just said, "we can do that", when I asked your advice regarding gutter service providers.  You're plumbing, heating, air conditioning...all of which you've done for us excellently since we moved here 4 years ago. You're team is composed of the most delightful and skillful folks.  But, I thought you were stretching a bit to put 2 of them on our roof.  Herb and Myka popped up there and got the job done at a bit after noon. Cathy & I have enjoyed Herb's visits before.  Myka is a great addition to your team.  Our dog loves them both, remembering Herb in one sniff.  By now Wojo knows Ed, Barry, Sam, Jerry, Brandon, Chad, Brian and Bryan, too.  They all smell good to him and we love 'em for other reasons....especiall great, reliable work and products. That's how its become, now that nearly everyone's worked on our home...new boiler, electric and plumbing, extra heat zone, moving washer/dryer & conncetions, and some stuff I can't remember....We keep turning to you for good reasons and want others to do likewise.
