Dear Mr. Kennihan, I am writing to commend you on two of your installation specialists, Barry C. and Dom. Barry worked at my residence on July 27th and 28th and I found him to be very qualified and proficient in his work as the job didn't go quite as planned. I found his demeanor to be very pleasant and unaffected and he still got the job done.  He left no mess and it was truly a pleasure to have him do the work in my home.  I would recommend him without reservation to do work for anyone I know.  Truly an A+. Dom worked in  my residence on July 28 when he unmistakably should have been home recovering from  his tonsillitis.  I truly apprecite his preserverance in coming here to help finish the job.  He too was very capable and neat in his job performance and didn't let being ill affect his professionalism.  He is a very nice, respectful young man. Having worked with the public in the communications field for 33 years for a company that sets very high standards for customer service, I in turn set very high standards when I am on the consumer end.  Both of these men exceeded my expectations.  Kudos to both. I would also thank Becky for handling my calls and keeping me abreast of what would happen. I hope in turn you appreciate your exemplary, talented employees as I'm sure you know good workers are few and far between.
