Lana brings a wealth of experience from her previous roles as a Director of Operations and Team Culture leader in both international and domestic markets. She has a proven track record in identifying top talent, guiding them through the training and onboarding process, and driving impressive results. With a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and advanced certifications, including a Scrum and Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, her expertise and leadership are unparalleled.
