Sales Process
Worked through an on-site review, recommendations, and estimate. Given good options to consider, especially for a first time user. Sales rep did not try to push additional products.
Our Installation Crew
Great to work with on the scheduling. We postponed installation due to COVID-19. When we were ready to install, coordination was excellent. Installation was straightforward, efficiently and cleanly carried out. Took about 90 minutes, including explanation of all features. One other positive note - the estimate provided was conservative, based on possible routing. The final installation was simpler, and the final cost was reduced on the spot. Very pleased.
The Cleanup Process
Installer demonstrated great respect for our property all the way through cleanup.
