Fortenberry Roofing Co. received a call from Mrs. Silasi in Lubbock, Texas about a leaking kitchen vent that had lifted, causing quite a concern. She urgently requested a repair, and our lead supervisor, Miguel was ready to help!

Without hesitation, Miguel quickly arrived at her home. He skillfully removed the old flashing, cleaned the area, and installed new pipe flashing, securing everything with brand-new screws and neoprene washers for a perfect seal. To top it off, he painted the pipe and flashing to give it a polished look. 

Mrs. Silasi couldn't be happier! She was thrilled that we took care of her needs promptly and professionally. 

American Freight recently reached out to Fortenberry Roofing for assistance with their commercial roofing needs. The building had a missing section of metal that required immediate attention to prevent potential leaks and further damage.

Our lead technician, together with his teammate Spencer, installed a new section of metal panel, securely fastening it in place and thoroughly sealing all seams for long-lasting protection. The repair not only restored the integrity of the roofing system but also enhanced its durability against future weather conditions.

A resident in Lubbock, Texas contacted us with concerns about leaking in their master bedroom and home addition. Upon inspection, it was determined that the installation of a cant strip and a strip of modified Bitumen was necessary, along with the installation of counter flashing on the flat roof. Additionally, new shingles and ridge needed to be replaced.

Robbie, our Senior Residential Re-Roof Salesman, conducted a thorough inspection and identified several areas needing repair. Specifically, Robbie noted that the flashing sealant required refreshing along a 40-foot stretch of the roof.

Mrs. Webster agreed to proceed with the necessary repairs, and we were able to address the issue on the spot. Mr. Perrin contacted Fortenberry Roofing Co. regarding an active roof leak. Our Project Manager, Robert A., promptly responded and met with Mr. Perrin on-site to assess the issue. Upon inspection, Robert identified the source of the leak as a deteriorated 4-inch vent pipe boot located on the right-hand side of the chimney.

With Mr. Perrin's approval, Robert returned to perform the necessary repairs. He removed the damaged 4-inch lead boot and five surrounding shingles. A new 4-inch vent pipe flashing was installed, the shingles were replaced, and six pieces of step flashing were added to reinforce the area around the chimney. To complete the repair, all seams and flashing were properly sealed and painted to match the existing roofing materials, ensuring a seamless and watertight finish.
