Sales manager Robbie D. promptly conducted an inspection and determined that a new roof was necessary due to various issues. The Fortenberry Roofing Crew efficiently began the re-roofing process by removing old shingles and addressing rotting decking. Crew member Jesse M. Identified the need to replace the water heater vent with a double wall vent for improved safety. The team replaced all decking, added GAF Storm Guard leak barrier ice and water protection, and installed Velora one Klaus Roofing System underlayment for enhanced durability. The final step involved placing IKO dynasty shingles in Shadow Brown color on the roof.

Fortenberry Roofing was pleased to be called to help a customer in need. Mr. Williams in Lubbock, Tx was having some problems with major hail damage and leaking on the roof. Mr. Williams left it all to Fortenberry Roofing crew to fix the problems.

Scheduling an appointment to get out to give Mr. Williams a free estimate. And getting started was a major priority for Fortenberry Roofing Crew lead Jesse M., Robbie and Jesse put a game plan in place to remove the Shingles and repair any damages to the roof.  Starting the day out with crew members placing the Catch- All- System to protect the homeowner beautiful flowers. As the morning started the crew was preparing to start to get the job started removing all ventilation and preparing to place the Velora One underlayment and the Klaus Roofing Slealoron XT ice and water. While other crew members were replacing the metal drip edge and the Valley metal flashing.  Fortenberry Roofing crew was halfway through the day and was ready to start putting the first set of shingles down and get the roof done in a fashionable manner.

Residential Storm Collar Repair in Lubbock, Texas

Receiving a call from Mr. Newman in Lubbock, Texas, we promptly dispatched our project  Manager to inspect the storm collar on his vent. Mr. Newman suspected that water was leaking into his home due to an improper installation. After a thorough assessment, Miguel confirmed the issue and provided a free quote for the necessary repair. Miguel  corrected the installation, ensuring a watertight seal by applying waterproof sealant. As a final touch, he spray painted the vent pipe, leaving it both functional and aesthetically pleasing.

Repairing Leaking roof and Replacement of Skylights in Littlefield, Tx

The leaking in the roof and skylight at the Littlefield Resident’s home were determined to be caused by improper installation of the skylight and wear and tear on the roof. Leo and Jesse recommended repairing and replacing the affected areas. They proceeded by removing the top layers of the Modify Bitumen roof and replacing it, ensuring that the homeowner will have a new roof that can last 20 years or longer with proper maintenance. Additionally, they removed the pantile to access the skylights and re-flashed them to prevent any future leaks.
