When we arrived, we found that the dryer and bathroom vents were not air sealed or insulated. His family had been in the home for 30 years, and they wanted to be able to prevent the leaking. They believed that it was leaking in through the window wells. The window wells flooded when it rained, and they were full of standing water and debris. 

We were able to help this customer! We replaced the old, rusty window wells with our SunHouse™ window enclosures! After removing the old window wells, we installed the SunHouse™ against every basement window. SunHouse™ enclosures are great. In order to prevent rain and debris from getting into the home, a clear cover was installed. The window well portion of the enclosure prevents weeds from growing. In the old setup, mud was splashing against the windows, looking messy and preventing light from coming in. This is prevented as well with the SunHouse™! Now, this homeowner is looking forward to not having muddy windows or rain getting into their window wells!

This homeowner in Feeding Hills, MA called us hoping we would be able to replace his bulkhead door and basement windows. His bulkhead door was leaking, and it was causing water to intrude into the basement. 

We were able to help this customer. We installed a beautiful new bulkhead door. We had to pour concrete, as his was crumbling. Once the concrete was set, we installed the bulkhead door. We caulked around the edges and installed flashing behind the door to ensure a tight fit. Now, this homeowner has a new, beautiful bulkhead door that will look nice for years to come! 

This homeowner in Feeding Hills, MA reached out to us because she was having home comfort issues. In the winter, her heater was running constantly -- and in the summer, she could not sleep without multiple fans and the air conditioning going 24/7! She wanted to have her home evaluated, and her insulation removed and replaced.

We were able to help this customer! We were able to replace the attic insulation with TruSoft™ cellulose insulation. We started by removing the old blown-in insulation using a large vacuum. We then went in and air-sealed around all of the points where air leaks up from the home to the attic. We did this using our Zypfoam™ spray foam. Once the atitc is air sealed, we used a long hose to blow in TruSoft™ cellulose insulation. TruSoft™ is amazing -- it does not burn, get moldy, or attract pests. The blown-in insulation fills all gaps and oddly shaped voids. The homeowner is very excited, and is already much more comfortable in her home!
