This homeowner had just moved into this beautiful home in Gambrills, Maryland. He loved his new house, but he had already begun to notice how certain rooms would be drafty than others. Before the weather got too cold and problem escelated, he decided to call someone in to diagnose the problem. He remembered hearing about Complete Home Solutions, and so he contacted us to come out and perform a Home Energy Audit.

It didn't take us long to find the problem. We discovered that the attic had no insulation at all. So, we went up there and air sealed all the attic penetrations, installed an attic tent over the attic opening, and installed 14" of TruSoft Cellulose throughout the space. The homeowner noticed the difference in comfort almost immediatly and was grateful that his new house was truly beginning to feel like home.

This home in Annapolis Maryland suffered from drafts coming from under the sink. Our Auditor determined that the area under the sink was not properly sealed from the outside. This was causing uncomfortable temperatures and a rise in the homeowner's energy bill.

To solve this issue Our Production Crew air sealed the area under the sink to further prevent air leakage and improve the comfort and efficiency of the home.
