 Our customer called our company in to inspect the attic for the builder noted there was a mold like substance in the attic. Our company also replaced the baffling with DuroVent duel baffles after cleaning the soffits of the debris. To clean the attic we used Mold X2 and Mold X2 Botanical products. Our customer was happy we could complete this job in a timely manner.

Our customers home was on the market to be sold and the buyer called us in for a home inspect for a mold like substance was discovered in the attic from a Home Inspector. We came in and remediated the attic using Mold X2 and Mold X2 Botanical. Our customer was happy we completed so quickly for the sale could be completed on-time for the closing.

We received a call from our customer whom was referred to our company by their neighbor. Our customer's home was really chilly in the winter and hot in the summer. He also had icicles hanging around certain parts of his home in the winter time. Upon our attic inspection, we found mold on the sheathing and truss along with wind-washed insulation. We cleaned the attic using Mold X2 and Mold X2 Botanicals and replaced all the baffles with new duel DuroVent baffles after clear the soffits of any debris or insulation.

Our customers home was for sale and a home inspection was called up by the buyer's and a suspicious mold like substance was found in the attic. Our company was called in to remediate and correct the ventilation in the attic. Our company used Mold X2 and Mold X2 Botanical products. We also clear all soffit vents of debris and insulation and place all new DuroVent duel baffles for corrective action. The salee proceeded and both party's were happy we could complete in a timely manner.
