Our customer had a local home builder to her home and he had found a mold like substance in the attic. After our evaluation there was mold on the sheathing and trusses of the attic space. We came in and cleaned the mold using Mold X2 and Mold X2 Botanical products. We also cleared the soffit vents and added new duel rafter baffles to help the attic breathe properly.

The exhaust ventilation was lacking causing high temperatures and high humidity in the attic to cause condensation on the roof deck. 

  Our customer purchased their home knowing there is mold in the attic and called TCI into inspect the homes attic for mold. Our company came in and remediated using Mold X2 products to clean the sheathing and trusses. We also cleared all the soffits of any debris or insulation and added new single wide baffles for corrective action with the ventilation. The attic is mold free and our customer can now move in.

Our customer was looking at getting a roof replacement and his roofing contactor found a mold like substance in the attic. After our inspection we came in and cleaned the attic with Mold X2 and Mold X2 Botanical products. We also cleared all of the soffit vents from debris and insulation and added new rafter vents to correct ventilation and help prevent any reoccurrence of mold. Our customer was happy his attic was cleaned and now can move onto the roof.

Our homeowner called because racoon's destroyed his attic and their was a foul odor being released into his daughters bedroom.

Upon our inspection we also found mold. Our job was to remediate and remove all insulation. Afterwards air seal, new baffles and 

add new insulation.
