Hi Todd. I think everything turned out great. The guys must have had the system running for a while because when I came home the house was nice and cool. No musty smells and everything in the basement was very tidy. I'm glad I chose Halco and very glad I had new ductwork installed. The guys told me the old duct work was lined with fiber glass and we have been breathing that in for over 20 years. Put the mice running through there and it was really foul. You would be surprised how many contractors DID NOT want to install new duct work. I already caught one mouse in a catch-and -release trap and let it go outside. Now they have no way to get back in. Almost forgot; thrilled with the masonry work. I'll mail in the questions you left for me and thanks again.. Halco rules! Thanks, Dan.

Broken water pipe, middle of the night, holiday weekend. I was a basket case. Paul arrived. Calmly took charge of the situation. Expertly repaired the problem. Restored hot & cold water to my house & my blood pressure numbers to normal. Because of Paul, I signed up for club membership & am considering 1 more.

Customer service is such an important part of any company or business, and I just had to write to tell you how impressive your customer service is. From the initial phone call to schedule the service, to completion of the job every person was professional - and focused on making sure the job was done right. Unfortunately, there were a couple issues that required the tech, Tom Dygert, to come out again the day after the initial service. I was assured Tom would be out within a couple hours of my phone call. He was and immediately assured me that everything would be taken care of to my satisfaction. He was pleasant, professional, and apologetic that there was a need for a return service call. He even went above and beyond to help me patch a good size hole in the wall the correction required. Now that's customer service! I am extremely pleased with the work, the attention to detail, and most of all the customer service! Thank you.
