Hi I just wanted to say that Mike came out to my place and was not only really competent and did a great job, but he was also super-helpful and intuited some extra work that I really needed done so I was double happy with his work. I will be replacing that 80% furnace soon, but I just appreciate his help keeping it going.

Mike was at our house today with a very difficult plumbing problem! His ability to think outside the box and his willingness to spend the time that it took to solve the problem were exceptional!! Our house has had a string of impossible-to-solve plumbing problems for a long time. However, each time Mike has been able to use very clever tricks to solve the unsolvable! Today, Mike even outdid himself and was able to take out a metal spring and a ball of old wire that was clogging our laundry drain, using unconventional tools and his ability to assess the real problem! How did he even do that?!! He was also able to figure out the unique plumbing path (not the expected way of doing things), locate where the T was, and determine the weird direction of the pipes. I did not expect Mike to be able to solve the problem today but somehow he managed to do it! He is truly an amazing and dedicated problem solver! You should also know that I have been a customer service consultant in the past and I would rate Mike’s ability to work with me, the customer, as an 11 out of 10! He has excellent communication skills and was willing to work with me to solve the problem in a way that made me feel respected and part of the team. Thank you also for giving your plumbers cameras. Without these, I don’t think that Mike would have been able to locate and solve such an unusual problem. However, maybe I shouldn’t second guess Mike because he never gives up and somehow he always does the impossible!! Thanks Mike!!

Dave and Jim were excellent, very professional and personable. Bill was also very helpful with our questions - keep up the great work. We noticed the difference in the warmth of our house and a decreased humidity level immediately. Thanks.

Matt is the best. He figured out a solution to the problem. In a few days he reappeared to install a part that has solved the problem.

I found him professional, well versed on the subject, a great educator and willing to answer any question i had. He explained everything he was doing and completed an extensive energy audit on my home. I feel both of us are very fortunate....you as the employer and me as the home owner. My application was completed only a week ago and I appreciate how quickly my appointment was made available. Thank you so very much. It is comforting to know how to save some energy in this world of ours. Great job.

Thank you for the work Halco did installing our geothermal furnace, basement waterproofing, and windows. The house is comfortable and it is wonderful not having to worry about mold or flooding in the basement. The duct work and furnace look like they have always been here rather than a retrofit. The Halco teams worked well together, from what I could tell, even when there was a scheduling overlap between the basement and furnace teams. I very much appreciate you coming to correct the water leakage around the geothermal line where it enters the basement. We have not noticed any problems since you were here. Please extend my thanks to everyone who worked on this project.
