This concrete block basement was very very cold. When you entered, you couldn't tell if you were walking into a basement or just walking directly outside because the temperatures between the basement and outside were pretty much the same. We proposed to spray foam the walls because that would solve the majority of the issue. All the gaps and cracks will be filled in by the spray foam and there will also be a thick insulating layer so that the basement temperature stays more regulated. Now once the basement is heated, it will stay warm for a long time. The homeowner is very grateful for that.
