Binghamton, NY Spray Foaming the Rim Joist
In addition to doing the crawlspace encapsulation in this home, we also spray foamed the rim joist in the part of the home that had a basement area. This will also make the upstairs more insulated and make the overall home more comfortable.

We applied spray foam insulation to the walls and ceiling of this basement. This will make the floors much easier to keep warm in the winter upstairs.
