The attic of this home in Binghamton, NY was about to be converted to a finished space.

We insulated using 3 inches of closed cell foam on the roof deck and gable ends.  The room is now ready to be finished.

Shown here is the rim joist which was sprayed with 2 inches of closed cell foam.  Along with the rest of the project, this will contribute to improving the comfort of the home as well as the energy efficiency.

Shown here is the attic.  After air sealing, we did an open blow of 14 inches of cellulose insulation.  The second floor of the home will now be noticeably more comfortable and energy efficient.
