Here we have an uninsulated basement that the homeowners wanted to create into usable space they could finish off. Our closed cell spray foam helps seal off gaps and holes in the walls that allow the warm air in the winter and the cool air in the summer to escape. Now, with the walls properly insulated, these homeowners can enjoy their basement as an additional space to use in their home.
Uninsulated basement wall transformed into a beautiful spray foamed wall that will protect the home for a lifetime.
Our crew here at Foam It Insulation takes great pride in their work, they put plastic over everything so it isn't getting spray foam on it - this includes electrical boxes, electrical outlets, windows, etc. before they begin the job. Once the job has been completed, they clean up so you never know we were ever there with the exception of a more comfortable home with a more regulated temperature than before.
This Oxford, NY homeowner wanted to ensure she was getting the best out of her fuel and energy costs, so she called us at Foam It Insulation to have her home assessed. Our assessment did find that insulation was lacking on the underside of her mobile home. We proposed to spray foam the underside of the home for her with our Closed Cell Spray Foam. 2 inches of spray foam was applied to the underside of this homeowner's mobile home, making it more comfortable for her as well as reduced her fuel and energy usage.
This Oxford, NY homeowner had recently replaced her old, leaking roof - but previous leaks had impacted the home. The plaster of the second-floor walls was heavily water damaged, and the owner ended up gutting the ceiling. Our crew used our Closed-Cell spray foam to spray 4 inches of foam to the roof deck, which will later be sheetrocked by a contractor.
For this project, we also air sealed the attic and added 12 inches of TruSoft cellulose to give this homeowner a piece of mind that now she can be comfortable in her home.
