To aide this homeowner, we air sealed the attic - sealing gaps and cracks, top plates, around wire penetrations and light fixtures before spraying 2 inches of Closed Cell Spray Foam to the gable ends, roof deck and staircase walls. We also dense packed 4 inches of cellulose insulation to the slopes of the attic.
