This attic in Noti, OR needed its ductwork insulated, and it’s best to do this before the attic got insulated with TruSoft™ blown in cellulose. Our crew used close-cell spray foam—it insulates well and fills in any gaps and cracks where the conditioned air can leak out.

The basement in this house had no insulation on walls and only some on the floor. To most efficiently insulate to make the home above warmer, this homeowner chose closed-cell spray foam insulation.

This home near Riddle, OR needed new crawl space insulation. Besides having the underfloor spray foamed, they also chose to have the ductwork for the heating system sealed up with closed cell spray foam. Now they are not heating the crawl space from the leaky ductwork!

Most houses are made with an unsealed crawl space access. A slew of problems come along with an open crawl space. They are easy access for critters and bugs, they can fill up with water, and weeds can start growing inside them. During the winter cold air can leak in, causing the floors above to become cold. They are also a fall and trip hazard!

This BEFORE photo shows a crawl space access better than most we see.  This homeowner chose to install the Turtl™ crawl space access system.  It is an airtight door with a sealed access well, all in one durable unit.  It is airtight and water tight, very sturdy, and will never rust, rot, or need to be painted.

The attic in new-to-this-family home in Roseburg, OR was only partially insulated when they moved in. To help them make their home more comfortable to live in, our expert insulation crew first removed all the old insulation you see in the BEFORE photo.

Before blowing in TruSoft™ cellulose insulation to the higher R-60 value, the crew sealed all the air leak areas to help prevent air from the home escaping in to the attic.  With this nice insulation “blanket” in the attic, their new home is much more comfortable to live in!
