The salesperson was very friendly and up front about what Comfenergy had to offer as well as my options.  The crew was great.  They were very fast and explained everything that was done.

Mike took the time to explain everything to me about what would help me the most to make my house more comfortable and save money.  Ismael did an excellent job showing/explaining at different stages of the job.  The crew was respectful and worked hard.  They also cleaned very well.  

Mike was very personable and professional.  He seemed knowledgeable and was very thorough with his explanations.  They were prompt in scheduling and flexible with changes needed.  The crew was polite and courteous and they worked diligently even through rainy conditions. 

Working in the heating and cooling industry, I come across a variety of home comfort issues. Most of the time, there is a mechanical solution to the problem—something we can do to make the customer happy. There has always been a question of what to do when the system is functioning correctly. I am so happy to have Justin to bring in on those calls. He comes in and treats the problems rather than just the symptoms. He is truly interested in whole house solutions to comfort problems and can give a full package to address them. He also has an extensive background in the HVAC industry as well so he can rule out or find problems with the heating and cooling system as well. Justin is my one go-to whenever we can’t find a mechanical issue, and every customer I have sent him to has had rave reviews as well. Thank you, Justin!
