As a property manager, my job and existence is to provide solutions for property owners struggling with complex or ‘mystery’ property issues as well as regular evaluations and property improvements. Comfenergy really became a valuable ‘go-to resource’ for me. His unique approach using high-end technology and professional knowledge and experience offer really affordable solutions. I want to thank the company and acknowledge the professional analysis conducted today by Mr. Mike Dowling. My home is about 200 years old and although not that  unusual in Loudoun is complicated from the energy assessment requirements. Customer review - "We purchased our 1950s home last summer and thought having our vents cleaned and sealed might be a good idea. I’m incredibly glad I did, and am even more happy that I went with 3-pros. The workers were incredibly professional and courteous. The level of dust and buildup in the vents, which I saw firsthand, was nauseating. The end result was that the vents were immaculate and the aeroseal sealing resulted in a 95% decrease in the amount of air that was escaping from all of the leaks throughout the ventilation. I waited over a month to write this review so I could make sure my family noticed a before/after difference in the air quality and temperature distribution. The difference is extreme. The air is noticeably fresher, and our lower level and second level is so much more comfortable than before the aeroseal. This was one of the best improvements we made to our older brick home."

This was also the only company of four that gave an appraisal that provided health and safety information on the product and how ventilation should be performed!!!

Justin and Comfenergy can solve problems that a homeowner or business owner thought they just had to live with. His professionalism and knowledge in treating the whole house not only allows us to provide better service to our customers but helps eliminate nuisance calls and brings in additional opportunities that may have been missed on previous service calls.

Comfenergy did an excellent job from their sales personnel to the installers. The installers were very courteous and considerate. The installation took four days and they worked very hard. They listen to everything I had concerns about and corrected any issues that I may have had. In addition, they cleaned up after themselves and put everything back in place. I couldn’t have asked for a better team.
