"I had the most professional, informative, and honest consultation with Carl from Comfenergy. Despite getting a new HVAC I was still feeling the heat on hot days and 8 insulation contractors advised it was the lack of insulation. Carl did a thorough inspection of my attic showing me where heat was entering the home, took pictures, and and discovered a 3inch gap between the HVAC and the duct work which was ultimately why the upstairs was not getting cool. Carl's presentation was excellent in the sense out of 8 other contractors I actually learned something other than I needed to get to code. Carl was the only one to point out my problem could be something other than insulation. Although my issue was resolved without adding insulation, I will not hesitate to use and recommend Comfenergy on the basis of their presentation, professionalism, and honesty,".

"During this past summer, we experienced very warm temperatures on our second floor and we also had concerns about attic mold due to the high humidity. After researching several contractors, we selected Comfenergy due to their positive reviews, status as aa approved Dominion Electric contractor and helpful phone support.Our actual experience with Comfenergy was consistent with all the positive reviews we read. Once we contacted them, they worked with us to promptly conduct an energy audit and schedule the work once a contract was signed.Throughout the entire process, Comfenergy staff were prompt, highly professional and transparent. Jason, who conducted the energy audit, guided us through the specific issues in our house (air leakage in the attic and areas of the basement, poor attic insulation, no mold issues!) and the specific remedies required (sealing and installing specific areas). Robert’s team took care in protecting our carpets and other areas of the house and cleaned the areas at the end of each day. Customer review - "They came and assessed our concerns and did an energy inspection to determine where we were losing energy. Our main concern was the third floor and how warm it gets in the summer and no matter how many fans we had running it was still uncomfortable. After Pedro inspected, it was discovered that we were mostly losing energy in the attic and our ducts. They cleaned out our old attic insulation (and dust) and then added a radiant barrier to the attic and sealed our dusts, improving things almost immediately. now the third floor is the same temp as the main level of our townhouse in Reston. Highly recommend Comfenergy!"

The sales rep was very knowledgeable and spent a lot of time to explain everything. The crew worked hard, cleaned up perfectly, and did thorough quality work. 

Jason, our salesperson, was absolutely outstanding!! Marvin and the rest of the production crew were top quality in attitude and ability. Awesome quality of work- I believed that Comfenergy would meet and exceed all of my expectations- and they did!! I highly recommend this amazing sales and install team!
