Problem: This dark, wet, humid space needs to not only have its water problem managed, it could use a facelift! These types of conditions in a basement allow for very little use of the space.

Solution: Our waterproofing system (with a lifetime warranty) is installed. Also, we installed our ThermalDry Wall Membrane which is a radiant barrier and reflect 97% of the heat and light back into the space.

Problem:  The access to this crawl space was very tight. The opening also allowed the undesirable outside weather and critters to enter the crawl space area.

Solution: We improved the drainage around the access, enlarged it to aid in entry and sealed it with one of our maintenance-free EverLast™ Crawl Space Doors.

Problem: These homeowners in Kent County contacted Advanced Basement Systems to improve their wet crawl space environment. At one time, the homeowners placed plastic on the ground to help control the moisture and damp environment from permeating the entire home: to no avail.

Solution: Our team offered a permanent solution for these homeowners. We:  

-        Removed the ineffective barrier

-        Sealed off the crawl space from the outside environment

-        Installed a sump pump especially designed for crawl spaces to help control this naturally wet space
